Образцы ДНК семи диких форм V. amurensis и пяти сортов винограда - межвидовых гибридов анализировали методом ПЦР. Продукты реакции оценивали методом капиллярного электрофореза на автоматическом генетическом анализаторе ABI Prism 3130 и с использованием программы Gen Mapper 4.1. По предварительным данным четыре из двенадцати проанализированных генотипов могут обладать аллелью гена Rcg1, определяющей устойчивость к развитию опухолеобразований бактериального рака винограда.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the work was the approbation of the DNA marker UDV015 on genotypes of grapes - potential donors of the Rcg1 gene. DNA samples of seven wild forms of V. amurensis and fi ve grape varieties (interspecifi c hybrids) were analyzed by PCR. The reaction products were evaluated by capillary electrophoresis on an automated Genetic Analyzer ABI Prism 3130 and using GenMapper 4.1 program.
